With over a decade of experience in strategy, research and program design, I bring deep expertise in applying design thinking and data-based methods to deal with real challenges. From improving early childhood services to increasing residents’ satisfaction with the cleanliness of the urban space, from developing community resilience to raising youth involvement in youth movements, I design solutions that are both practical and changing.

Shani is a lawyer and holds a bachelor’s degree (LLB) in law from Tel Aviv University and a master’s degree in industrial design (M.DES) in the management and innovation track, from the Bezalel Academy of Art and Design Jerusalem.
